About The University of Warwick
Warwick is one of the UK’s leading universities, with an acknowledged reputation for excellence in research and teaching, for innovation, and for links with business and industry.
Warwick initially admitted a small intake of graduate students in 1964 and took its first 450 undergraduates in October 1965. In October 2013, the student population was over 23,000 of which 9,775 are postgraduates. Around a third of the student body comes from overseas and over 120 countries are represented on the campus. The University now has 29 academic departments and over 50 research centres and institutes, in three Faculties: Arts, Science, Engineering and Medicine, and Social Sciences.

The three-week WSS provides a unique combination of learning and debating with renowned academics and high-profile guest speakers, living alongside your peers on the beautiful Warwick campus and enjoying a fun and engaging social and cultural program in the heart of England.

HKUST-nominated students are required to present the transcript to confirm the completion of program. As such, they must sit for the course assessment.

- Host Institutions may provide orientation activities for students, with some mandatory, which you should attend. You are required to pay attention to the host institution's arrival information and arrive in time.
- You should only depart after completion of the program (i.e. finishing all final examinations and/or assessments, both compulsory and optional ones).
