About Sophia University Japanese Language Program
The 3-week Japanese Language Program is tailored for students who want to start learning as beginners and for those who wish to improve their Japanese language abilities in an intensive program in Japan. Students will study Japanese at a beginner, intermediate, advanced intermediate, and advanced level in an international environment at Sophia University. To further enhance the effectiveness of Japanese language acquisition, students will have opportunities to practice their language skills and experience the various culture through events and activities outside of class.

Insurance
Insurance fee is included in the program fee and all participants are automatically registered for host institution's insurance plan. It is mandatory for all participants to join the insurance plan, please CLICK HERE for details.
In addition, HKUST students who take part in the University's study abroad programs will be covered by the University's Travel Insurance Plan. Please CLICK HERE for details.
Accommodation
