About TU Berlin Summer School
TU Berlin Summer School offers a unique and hands-on academic program for students from over 60 countries around the world. All classes are taught in English and students can earn European Credit Points (ECTS) for their studies. Participants can choose from a variety of courses including Data Science, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Programming, Space Mission Design, Renewable Energies and more!
HKUST-nominated students will be allowed to take courses from either of the following options. HKUST-nominated students are NOT allowed to take courses from Term 1 and/or Term 3 only. For an overview of the on-campus courses, please CLICK HERE.

Notes:
- Host Institutions may provide orientation activities for students, with some mandatory, which you should attend. You are required to pay attention to the host institution's arrival information and arrive in time.
- You should only depart after completion of the program (i.e. finishing all final examinations and/or assessments, both compulsory and optional ones).
Fees
This is a fee-paying program and HKUST students will bear the program fee and the costs for travel, visa, insurance, personal expenses and other fees incurred by the program.

Health Insurance
It’s highly recommended that international students have health insurance whilst they are studying in Germany in a short time program. All participants should to take out a health insurance policy that covers them from their first day in Germany. Please CLICK HERE (under “Insurance” tab) for details.
