About Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST)

About KAIST International Summer School
KAIST International Summer School (KISS) is to have students enjoy their summer vacation while pursuing academics at KAIST by offering enjoyable academic courses, extra-curricular activities, and excursion opportunities. Field trips and cultural excursions will be available.
HKUST-nominated exchange students are only allowed to take Track 1 (Course-oriented Program) and are required to take 2 courses with 6 credits during the 4-week program.

Notes:
- Host Institutions may provide orientation activities for students, with some mandatory, which you should attend. You are required to pay attention to the host institution's arrival information and arrive in time.
- You should only depart after completion of the program (i.e. finishing all final examinations and/or assessments, both compulsory and optional ones).

Health Insurance
HKUST students who take part in the University's study abroad programs will be covered by the University's Travel Insurance Plan. Please CLICK HERE for details.

All KISS participants are required to stay in dormitory during the program period.
