Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences (HM UAS) Munich University of Applied Sciences (MUAS) is the second-largest University of Applied Sciences in Germany. MUAS’s HM UAS’s course offerings are multifaceted: 14 departments in the areas of technology, economy, social studies and design provide teaching in over 70 study courses. Their study courses can also be individually designed. About Munich Summer School of Applied Sciences
The aim of the international Munich Summer School of Applied Sciences is to offer students a highly interesting study program in automotive and electrical engineering,management and entrepreneurship. We will prepare students for challenging tasks in technical development and management departments with a focus on sustainability topics.

- Priority will be given to MAE, ECE and IEDA students (Students in other disciplines can also apply)
- At least 4 regular terms in the School of Engineering and enrolling in a major Department

- The date above indicate the period of mandatory activities in the programs. They do not include travel time, pre-arrival preparation, orientation, etc
- Host institution may organize orientation activities for exchange students before the start of the program. You should refer to the acceptance package and pay attention to the expected arrival or pick-up dates specified by your host institution.
- You should only depart after finishing all the final examinations and program requirements since host institutions will not make special arrangement for taking any examinations other than scheduled.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria
- Applicants should be in good academic standing with a CGA NOT lower than 2.150 in Fall Term 2023-24. (Students are expected to maintain good academic standing in Spring Term 2023-24.)
- Applicants will have completed at least 2 regular terms of study in the School of Engineering but will NOT have completed all degree requirements by the end of Spring Term 2023-24.
- Students in the BEng+BBA Dual Degree Program are eligible to apply.
- Applicants should have a good command of the English language.
- All applicants must attend a selection interview held by the School of Engineering in February. Absence from the interview without prior approval from the School of Engineering Exchange Office will result in automatic rejection of the application.
- Applicants who have been disqualified by the School of Engineering from Engineering Summer Exchange Program cannot apply.

Step 2: The Host Institution Application (TO BE COMPLETED AFTER YOU ARE NOMINATED BY YOUR SCHOOL)
If you are nominated, you will be notified to submit a formal host institution application. Your School will provide you with detailed information and application instructions in due course.
