About University of Chinese Academy of Sciences
Located in Beijing, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) was formerly knows as the Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the first graduate school in China. UCAS started to enroll undergraduate students in 2012 with mission of cultivating innovative leading talents in science and technology for the future of the nation.
UCAS has 11 Schools & Colleges, e.g. School of Mathematical Sciences, School of Physical Sciences, School of Astronomy and SpaceScience etc. It has 4 campuses which are located in Yuquanlu, Zhongguancun, Olympic Village and Yanqihu. All the campuses are equipped with libararies, and teaching and research facilities. UCAS students can have full access to collections and electronic literature database of the National Scientific Library of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).
